thing is built like a tank.Hwavy but installed fairly easily. On the ranger tremor I had to lower sapre a bit because its a bigger tire. That was the hardest part ,figuring out how to insert that dumb set up ford has for lowering the tire .but the hitch is well made ,sturdy and looks good!

Where to start... I will give that the hitch was very easy to install! The hardest part was getting the factory bolts off. However the process to get it was painful to say the least. First i was sent incorrect hitch, I was messaged that once they had confirmation that I had sent the wrong one back they would send a replacement, replacement was damaged in transit, then "issued a refund", ordered another, the replacement was all of a sudden coming. Once it arrived it was damaged as others have mentioned in their reviews (chipped paint) because of all the hassle getting it I just painted the damaged areas. Recieved the one I ordered after, didn't even removing it from the package. Sent it back. Too much hassle. Glad to finally have the correct item and it looks great!

I order a hitch that was supposed to fit a 2020 Ranger. I watched a video on how to install the hitch. I had everything laid out to install the hitch. It arrived. I installed it by myself. I held it up with one hand and started the bolts with the other. In less than 20 minutes I had installed the hitch and wiring harness and backed up to my trailer. The worst part was getting up off the ground. Simple and easy to install.

Very good quality hitch, arrived quicker than expected. Only took 20 min to install mostly getting tools and clamps rounded up. Very easy installation- clamp tabs for rear bumper remove 4 factory bolts hold hitch in place and reinstall the factory bolts. Was able to install by myself may be nice to have a second set of hands but not a big deal either way. Install looks factory does not hang down or negatively affect the appearance of the truck at all. Much cheaper and easier install than purchasing the Ford OEM hitch assembly from the dealer.

Negatives-- there was no packaging whatsoever. They just slapped a UPS label on it and tossed it in the truck. It arrived scratched and with scratches & paint chips on the corners. See picture of how it arrived. As a professional paint engineer the powder coat on the hitch was absolutely horrible. I'd be ashamed to ship something that looked like this even if it was a trailer hitch that goes under the vehicle.1. Given the paint job, I'm not surprised the paint chipped off. I guess as the lowest priced class 3 hitch on Amazon you get what you pay for. POSITIVE-- install on my 2019 Ranger was 4 bolts so it was installed in less than 20 minutes. There's plenty of you tube videos on installing a hitch on the 19 Ranger. It was easy as pie; piece of cake. After one trip hauling the 20' pontoon boat, it did a great job. My dissatisfaction is that I'd prefer to be the one to put the first scratches on stuff I buy. Anyway, I touched it up with a can of krylon. If the pretreatment is as and as the paint job, ill need to replace the hitch from corrosion in a few years but by then, I'll have gotten my money's worth. At this point, I doubt I'd recommend this to anyone unless they're cheaper than I am.
