Q: Are you able to trim this sova preformed night guard, do you need to do it before molding it to your teeth and after you put it in ice?

Easier to trim it before molding because it is softer at that time. Could trim after molding but would need a good pair of wire cutters then probably have to file/sandpaper to smooth it out. Regular scissors would not be strong enough.

Q: does it still work if you are missing lower front teeth?

Thanks for asking! You can comfortably wear the guard if you are missing your two front lower teeth.

Q: Can I make the “preformed” one fit my lower teeth?

Thanks for asking! The pre-formed SOVA Night Guard is not as flexible and the height of the guard can not be adjusted. This could irritate your lower palate, depending on the size of your mouth. The SOVA Aero is more easily adapted to wearing on the lower teeth.
