Q: Does anyone know where the item is made

Strangely enough, these don't say anywhere on them where they're made (actually that's a bit illegal I think). However, I used to work for a company that imported these types of towels and most are made in China, Malaysia, Indonesia or the Philippines... mostly because EPA rules make them too costly to make here in the USA (you really don't want to know the types of chemicals involved in their production). Same for most disposable gloves and "nonwovens" such as face masks.

Q: Is it 2 pack of the same size and same color in one package?

The 2 pack configuration is 1- in the size your selected, plus 1- small towel. The small towel is in the same color your choose and is about the size of a bathroom hand towel.
