Q: What is the size range for this? Can this be worn on both legs?

updated* - Sept 21st just a quick update after recieving some customer feedback, the ***SIZING*** of this brace is waist from 25” to 49” and thighs up to 32” in circumference for both sides of the body, right or left leg. The top strap around the waist is meant to run long as we want customers to be able to have more room for adjustment. Make sure you measure around your waist and hip area to make sure that its within the stated range above! Clear step by step instructions come with the product and email incase you missed it, and a full video tutorial on how to wear is also available on the listing itself!

Q: Is this comfortable for day to day activities? What activities can I do with it?

Yes, it is very easy to adjust to your body shape! It can get a bit warm and humid especially if you're wearing over jeans, but apart from that its comfortable and really helps me go about my day to day activities with the Sciatica pain i’ve been facing. So far, i’ve only been wearing it to the gym and sleeping with it , guessing it will be ok for most activities! Highly recommend anyone whose having Sciatica

Q: Can you advise the smallest size this will fit?

Ya I think it fits up to waist 49 inches and thighs up to 32 inches! Im a 5'6 normal body type, and it fits very comfortably ! There is an instruction manual that comes along with it to show how to put it on. For me what I found helpful was to use the logo as a guide, the logo has to be always facing the front when worn on either side of the body :) Be sure to check out the joint mobility ebook that comes along with it, it was surprisingly helpful!
