Love these sardines! Taste great! Great source of healthy protein. A little spicy but not too much, though that depends on the person. I definitely will purchase more. Fantastic for snacks and easy meals.

I switched from another brand because each can that I opened was a mushy mess.. I thought if one or two cans that happened with..it can happen! But each one was the same. I researched brands, and EWG..please check that site out..Promise you won't be sorry. It rates pesticides, BPA in cans, cosmetics and foods. This brand was rated the best. The first can that I opened was just the same as in the photo in the comments. Plump and perfect shape, for appetizers, or whatever one would like. It tastes delicious. The company is very well researched and has been around for a very long time. I am so happy to recommend this brand. I buy skinless and boneless in water salt free..though it has only a small amount of salt ..I prepare it as a spread..and add lemon juice a little dill and garlic powder, whatever one wants..and little mayo or one can use a little EVOO..served on crackers, or toasted bread. I have been trying different sardines brands and offerings. These are some of the best tasting I have tried so far, and a budget friendly. The (Mediterranean) combination of spices, olives, and garlic make them very satisfying. I still eat them outside to avoid exposing sensitive family and coworkers to the fishy smell of sardines, but overall these the some of the least fishy smelling ones i have tried. They will make for good storable lunches at work.

Kick Oscar is the King of sardines. Their products are way above any other that you might find sardines are tasty not a lot of bones and just makes a great snack a lot of protein.
