Q: does this have green tinges around edge of glass as most thingsmade with tempered glass does have

Not a notice tinge.. the edges are a dark grey colour. A very feint hint of colour can only be seen where the two levels are overlapped and is more of an aqua colour than green

Q: What kind of weight can this hold? Trying to rotate my computer. It's a heavier case, weighs about 20kg. Could use some wood to fit shape of the case.

i would not recommend this item ,its poor quality , the nylon bearing runs in a routed channel, i returned the one I bought and bought another make for another £3. much better solid wood with a proper bearing very smooth , i think 20kg is a bit much for any lazy susan ,maybe a tv turntable as fitted to a caravan might do the job
