Personalized Premium Bath Towel

In anticipation of in-laws visit, I thought it would be cool for them to have a personalized bath towel. Several different fonts were offered, I chose option 4, with letters capitalized. Turns out the particular font I chose, when capitalized, embellishes the ‘N’. This, the towel read JAcN, the ‘N’ was embellished somewhat like script, with the lead stroke curls up to the left of the first line up. It wasn’t what I ordered. This vendor corrected this issue immediately; by a timely response and re-sent another bath towel with better spacing between the ‘A’ and the ‘N’. Their customer service was outstanding. I don’t say that easily, myself having worked at a five-diamond resort. I know what excellent customer service looks and feels like! I will definitely be ordering again soon, and hope that maybe a sample review option will be provided for customers to visually see how their order will turn out, BEFORE we hit that ‘Pay’ button, lol.
