The organizers should come with these.
The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because these should come with the organizer. I realize there are some injection molded on the back but you literally need to be a trained ninja to remove them.

I bought this huge 6 inch x 16 inch drawer from AkroMills which came with only 4 of the long, black drawer dividers attached at the back. So I bought these clear drawer dividers and it is 100% compatible with this type of drawer.

LITTLE TIME, LITTLE $$$, LITTLE EFFORT, WORKS FOR ME!
MAKE YOUR OWN DIVIDERS, pair of metal snips, old suitcase, mic the thickness to your type drawer. Although AK makes theirs with flanges, you don't need them or if your anal, like me. I made a square one, OK rectangular, then made a template for my drawers both cross wise for the small drawers and length wise for the larger drawers and added the little flanges. I also divided several of the drawers into 3rds and 4th section. 4 sections are a snug for me, I use a tweezers for the parts. For the time, material, tools and Sharpie pens my cost was $14 rounded up to $14. I made 160of the small dividers, 60 of the longer ones, my cost per drawer divider if I had bought 150 small dividers; $91.10($.57ea). For the long dividers, $138.10 ($2.30ea). OK, the rest is just logical, MAKE YOUR OWN! Even if I bought: Viaggi Burgundyano Hardside 24 Inch Spinner Green by Viaggi on Amazon for $75.64 with Free Shipping and made your own the cost would be (regardless of size sm or long) cost would be $.41ea! If you have an old POS suitcase with a .05" thickness your cost would be; wait for it, wait for it; $.06ea. Gorilla Glue works to hold dividers in the holders. If you divide the drawer into 3 or 4 compartments, Dremel, small drill, Kevlar thread, little patience, Glue and DONE. It took me about 2 hr. to make mine after you get the template made and you have it for the next time.
