I last bought it in 2016 and don’t have any left. Back then, it was made of sugar beets and cane sugar syrup, and salt. On the website, it says it is vegetarian. It is a traditional Swedish syrup so I’m guessing that they haven’t changed the recipe.

It would be on the bottle if there is one. I have had light and dark syrup 2-3 years or more without problems. I keep ours in a cool place.
