It holds half the quantity of a box of bags.

Q: Is this heat resistant?

From what I can tell no it is not. However, I keep it on my fridge.

Q: Do bags fall out when wall-mounted if the slots are not completely full? How do you refill the slots on the wall without everything falling out?

I iHealth my organizer in a drawer so I don’t have that problem. I just propped mine on the counter and none of the bags fall out if that helpsAlso it has a magnetic top that’s wonderful because it really holds on tight I hope that helps it’s a quality item and I don’t think you’ll have any problems if you mount it but I don’t think so I think you’ll be OK
