Q: is it made in the usa

All of Buck's higher end knives are all USA made. Some of the smaller and cheaper folding knives are not USA made. Look on the blade or box.

Half serrated. Christmas 2020. Beautiful Craftsmanship. Yes the blade folds snuggly. It's not a "flip open" junk tool. Use both hands or loosen a couple of the screws. Again, it's beautiful workmanship.

Q: Is the knife have rigis or is it all smooth

This model which is 722 Buck has no serrations on the blade. Does have finger choils at the top and lower back side of the handle. Blade sharpness retention is not the best being stainless and all. But it has served me well as a pocket knife
