Q: My insignia frame pictures are very washed out. is there any way to adjust it?

Sadly, mine started having problems right after I bought it-- At first, like rain drops all over the frame- inside-- I tried every way to fix it, make it clear-There are no adjustments-- Now its just as if its foggy from the inside, I do not even try use it- I keep it as a reminder NEVER buy this product again--
