Q: Wrong price amount listed?

I paid $28.74. The price may be different now but that’s what I paid for both of ours. It’s still on my Amazon account record.

Q: Do you consider this heater safe from over heating?

I’ve used it for many hours straight. I wouldn’t leave it on and go somewhere else or use it when it’s not upright, but I have no concerns about it sitting on the ground functioning properly for several hours. It’s a winter lifesaver, honestly. And the fan is decent on its own in hotter months.

Q: Is this dual voltage?

If by dual voltage you mean 240 volts then the answer is no it can only work off of 120 volts. If you need it to work off of 240 volts you would have to purchase a step up converter to make it work.
