How long does the cold last approximately??

Unfortunately not that long… I half hour at most. But that’s the only negative thing I have to say about this hat because it truly is a lifesaver. So because it doesn’t stay cold very long I bought two of them. I highly suggest that. It’s a fantastic product and hopefully in the future, they can make the cold last longer.

Is there a fleece covering over the ice cubes, like there is in the headache hat?

Can you rearrange the ice locations?

Only by moving the whole thing. You cannot move individual ice cells.

Does the whole wrap go in the freezer or do you take the cubes out

The whole wrap seems to go in the freezer. I’m not sure if mine was just stitched funny or what because there’s an opening as if it’s supposed to let the ice pack out but either way it comes with a little sack that you can just put it in to put it in the freezer
