I take ubiquinol CoQ10 (although a bit pricier) over ubiquinone because ubiquinol is supposed to be more bioavailable. I have been taking ubiquinol CoQ10 consistently for the last seven months. I recently took a CoQ10 blood test and was happy my levels were high. I take advantage of the random steep sales that so far seem to happen regularly.My CoQ10 bottle expires a year and eight months from the purchase date. It does not require refrigeration. Some people may have difficulty swallowing the pills. Each pill is approximately 1 inch long and 1/3 inch wide. CoQ10 is better absorbed when taken with a meal that contains fat.
