Q: I'm confused with what having the headers do. Does it mean all buttons and joystick wires connects with one connection?Or have to screw each wire?

The headers are just an easier way to install the wire to the Fight board. If you don’t have headers you’ll have to manually screw each wire to each post

Q: Can i replace the pcb in the victrix pro fs12 with this pcb and get it to work alright?

victrix has touchpad and function buttons, we are not sure whether these functions can work normally, if you want to replace it, it is recommended that you only connect the buttons and joysticks that have functions with UFB.

Q: Is there a way to use the ps4 left stick on this?

it just supports one stick however, you can switch between DP/LS/RS according to the need from differnt games

Q: does turbo toggle or do you have to hold the turbo button down?

you have to hold it down instead of keep pressing it
