This item lives all over my house. I love how well it’s built and appreciate the fact that I can manage to get in both symmetrical and asymmetrical movements in one live of equipment. It’s really helped me to improve my balance, strength and overall fitness.

This provides a full range of motion while enhancing strength and flexibility. Much better than going to the gym.

built like a tank (durable) , soft leather filled with sand , heavier than expected , you will use muscles that are very underdeveloped if you just do a gym workout , start slow and build up those muscle groups over a couple weeks . then push yourself .. i would recommend getting 10lbs lighter than you think you can do . overall it is my new favorite workout equipment . i use it 4 -5 times a week , and use YouTube "Suples" work out videos for ideas of different workout movements .

Honestly I love this thing ! Ok it’s just a “ heavy sack” but man once you get using it , boy does it kick your ass ! I’m a big guy 6-1 , 250lbs . Thought I’ll get the 26lbs and practice the movements then step up weight pretty quick 🥴 I did 25 over head swings on each side ( approx 3min) set bag down “ damn” 2min rest then did another set . Out of breath , starting to really sweat. Ok this thing is cool Next day my shoulders were sore , stomach and back sore , forearms sore It’s a gym that can also serve as a couch pillow. But this damn thing 👍

WARNING: Purchase a bag that is a size smaller than you think you need. The exercises that Coach Ivanov teaches will burn you down really quickly. Like anything, you will need to "work up" to a new level, and rather than increasing weight, you just increase intensity. I purchased a medium bag, which fit my frame according to the website, however, I probably should have started with a small. I am 5'7" / 140lbs, and the bag is a bit to handle, although I am sure this will fade as my technique begins to improve. That said, the first thing that I noticed about the bag was the quality. The stitching is great, the grips seem very secure, and the leather is high quality as well. The second thing that I noticed is that it smells terrible right out of the box. Something like half day old fish in a trash can. The smell does fade over time, but don't plan on carrying this in your car immediately after opening it up, or you will be in for a rude awakening.

These bags are fantastic for rotational exercises. I have a LOT of tension in my upper back and I really impressed with how working with a Bulgarian bag melted it away. Its not a permanent effect yet but I also just started working with the bag. These are used very differently than a sandbag and I haven't found any other tool that works the back like this. Great for grip strength too. Im about 6'2" and 185lbs and more farm boy strong than gym strong. I went with the 26lb and its a big challenge but the bags are expensive and I'd rather be careful rather than quickly outgrow the lower weights. I guess its your call what size is right for you.

This thing is AWESOME. For functional strength, power and developing a vice like grip it is the best tool out there. Its fun as hell to use and made very well...you really do get what you pay for and it has a great 2 year warranty.. if you're thinking of getting one don't hesitate. Don't underestimate the weight either. The 1st one I bought is 44lbs and its too heavy to start with so I bought a 26lb one to start with before I move up.

I received this as a gift and I like it for how versatile it is. Go on youtube and you can finds tons of videos from the bags creator on different exercises. It's been pretty durable thus far and I plan to use this for quite some time. I'd say the one thing to be aware of is the price. It's pretty expensive and once you get used to the weight, there's not cost-efficient option to increase the weight aside from buying a new bag so just keep that in mind.

Magnífico producto, la calidad es sobresaliente y se siente muy duradera. Compré la de 26lbs. Mido 1.74 y peso 68 Kgs, llevo 2 años yendo al gym de 5 a 6 veces a la semana, me considero fuerte y 26lbs es más que suficiente para mí, me costó más de 1 semana acostumbrarme y completar los ejercicios del canal de suples de YouTube, así que cuidado con el peso que elijan porque la bolsa es brutal! Yo la uso para ejercicios de cuerpo completo, de "Core" y también cardio. Fue lo mejor que pude comprar para pasar la cuarentena con los gimnasios cerrados.

I have used this product almost every day since I got it. Was looking for something a little more old school in terms of weight training and didn't want to run the risk of dropping dumbbells in my living room. After reading reviews of getting a lower weight than what was suggested on the website, I also went for a slightly smaller bag. I am about 5'8"/175 pounds and in OK shape. The 26 pound bag is heavy enough to give me a good workout and ensure that I do the exercises properly. Would recommend it to someone to either enhance or home gym or start something they can use. The product is well built and doesn't look too out of place in the living room.
