When I got this mount it worked flawlessly with my phone... Then I got a case for my phone and found the locking switch to frequently release when either inserting or removing my phone. I ended up putting a bead of silicone adhesive to keep it locked.The mount held securely for several months, but after relocating a few times the cup tensioner became less effective. My advice is find where you like it and leave it.For the price it's definitely a great product. With some tweaking it's near perfect.

I have a Mini so I don't want a holder cluttering up my limited windshield/dash space all the time. When I mounted the suction cup the first time, it was very secure. But it wasn't easy to figure out how to adjust the holder's angle while it was mounted, so I took it down.It never stuck again for more than 5 minutes.The grip works OK, sometimes, but my phone's fallen out numerous times. The limited angle adjustment is also okay and will work if you play around enough, but not good for just stick-and-go because most adjusting takes two hands.Bottom line: Pretty much all phone car mounts are overpriced for their function, and even though this one's inexpensive, that rule still holds true.

Ok cell phone window mount.Pluses:Once you configure it, you can leave it in position and it works well.Minuses:The locking mechanism is a bit flimsy, and is easily unlocked. this can lead to the phone fallingThe suction cup loses contact every few weeks.Overall this is a pretty decent window/suction cup mount, but a few flaws keep it from being good.

I found over time the locking mechanism on this cradle doesn't always stay locked. The suction cup was ok where I did have issues at times of it sticking to the windshield. I do like the fact that the case is solid enough to keep the phone from bouncing / vibrating as you drive. Some of the knobs are in hard to reach angles but that depends on how you want to orientate the phone.

I got this so I could have my phone along the eye line of my windshield. It holds well, although the suction cup needs re-seating from time to time, is easy to adjust and allows for a wide variety of positioning options.Also, it fits my HTC Rezound and my iPhone so it's capable of being used for a variety of phone sizes.Overall, I am very pleased and would highly recommend it.

It works on the window, but comes off in cold or hot conditions. lso comes off at the darndest moments while driving. Overall has worked well though. Just fits my Galaxy Grand Duos i9082. The side clip has now broken after a year of use.

Works well for my HTC DNA with Otterbox case. I initially tried installing it on a less than level surface for convenience (console next to the clock in my van), and--you guessed it--the suction cup did not stick. After that, I popped it on to my window and it's been there for several days and more than 20 insertions/removals, even through 90 degree heat and really high humidity.As other reviewers have noted, the angles can be adjusted quite a bit and the dock is designed to fit a variety of phones, including those with cases.

Can't say I would recommend this mount. I had this mount less than a year and both grips that go around either side of the phone are broken, one broke off completely. The width adjustment of the grips is also a pain to adjust, to make it open up takes some muscle and probably contributes to the grips breaking. Also, the suction cup WILL NOT affix to a cold windshield. If you plan to use this below 40 degrees you will have to warm the windshield before this suction cup can be used.
