Bought this when our electric chopper stopped working. Love the simplicity! I hate chopping, dicing, or mincing onions. No tears with this tool! Just cut the onion down to fit in the bin and pull the string a few times. Done! I held off to review this item until I had the chance to use it a couple months. Works great. Held up very well so far! Easy to clean. Durable assembly. Good value for the money.

This has been a great timesaver! I regularly cook dishes which require lots of chopped vegetables. I have tried other vegetables choppers/slicers in the past but they usually require extensive cleaning afterwards. This is small in size but very quick to use. For onions I cut them in four pieces and put them all in. It takes 3 or 4 pulls of the rope to chop them into small pieces. Sometimes the blade gets stuck but simply shaking the bowl or rearranging the blade position fixes it. Electric choppers have more power but for simple cooking and salada this works well. I have used this for green onions, tomatoes and garlic. Cleanup is easy and quick. Great value for the money!

This is a great product! Well made and durable! I it's a game changer for prepping in the kitchen. It cuts chopping time in half! I especially us it to chop onions and mince garlic. I would definitely recommend. One thing I will say it to make sure when you're pulling the string you pull it straight out and not at an angle because it will cut into the plastic from the friction of the string.

I’ve only had it for a week but so far it works wonderfully! So convenient for small jobs, onion, celery and such for tuna salad etc. Way better than chopping by hand!

Love it ! Chops great on mushrooms, onion, peppers and lots of other veggies. Clean up is so easy. Can be cleaned in dishwasher also but really there is no need to since it rinses so well.

This thing is great. I bought it because I'm sick of my eyes burning and watering every time I cut onions. This thing is a game changer. It's super easy to use, just throw your onions, peppers, pickles, whatever it is in it, put on the lid and pull the string a few times. If you want it smaller, pull a few more times. Quick and easy and no more teary eyes. The only negative is that it doesn't appear to be dishwasher safe.
