Oster 4-Slice Toaster Touch Screen Stainless Steel Digital Timer 6 Shade Settings Easy to Clean Removable Crumb Tray

After more than 16 years, I had to look for a new toaster. I had the Oster 4 slice toaster, and it worked great for years, but unfortunately I accidentally dropped something in the toaster and then it melted in there. At first I was going to just get the same toaster, but wanted to see what else was available. My biggest complaint on my old toaster was uneven toasting. One side would be toasted more and you’d have to flip the bread or whatever you’re toasting and toast it again to get even toasting. So I really wanted something that was more consistent. I researched a lot of toasters and unfortunately there are so many options and so many opinions, it was really hard to choose. But this Oster toasted had the highest percentage of 5 star reviews by a lot and other video reviews showed even toasting so I decided to try it and I’m so glad we did. I just got the two slicer this time instead of the four. - The display light front works great for me whether the lights in the kitchen are on or off. (Took a pic of both for reference). The only time it was a little harder to see is if it’s right underneath our under cabinet lights but even then it wasn’t bad. -We love the countdown feature but sometimes the kids get confused and think they selected the level 6 toasting since the timer starts at the top and I have to remind them that it’s just the timer. -The quick peek and extra 30 sec toasting are also awesome features. I took pics of levels 2,3 and 4 toasting. It toasted evenly on each side. Occasionally I’ll toast it for 30 seconds more. Levels 3-4 are the ideal doneness for us. So far we really love this toaster and hope it works for another 16 years! It looks sleek and modern on the counter.

This a a great toaster. Works really well and looks very nice on my kitchen counter. I love it. We previously had a toaster oven that took up too much space and we hardly used. This was a perfect replacement!

Love this! It toasts evenly and looks great. The digital settings on the front are easy to read and use. The nice sleek finish is also easier to just wipe off and no finger prints all over since it's a black finish rather than stainless steel.

The fact that this line of toasters has a bar on the display that counts down (showing you how much time is left before toasting is complete) is an awesome feature. I was a little bit disappointed by the low brightness of the display and buttons, though. It can be a little difficult to make out the text on the buttons, especially since they aren't tactile - they're just part of a touchscreen-style interface. Other than that small complaint, it toasts evenly and is great.

Excellent toaster. Heats bread evenly and consistently. Very easy to operate. Highly recommend it.

This toaster does not disappoint. It is quiet, sturdy, just the right size, and offers a selection of heat levels for the ideal toasting task. The stainless and black accents match the kitchen decor.

looks really sleek and makes toast which was really my main concern. Like all new toasters it will have a bit of a smell the first couple of uses but I really like it so far.
