Good but needs improvement
I purchased this machine as I had to pack my household items before shifting to a new house.While the machine was useful as sticking tape with hand was difficult and time consuming, in the absence of video showing the method of fixing the tape and the mode of operation I struggled to learn about its operation and finally succeeded after several attempts.Now it works. But inserting the tape on the roller is difficult and should be made easy. I would request the manufacturers to make it more user friendly.It is useful for packing items while shifting to new residence.
