Q: If diluted, can it be used with a hose and spray application and then just rinsed with water without drying?

I have used this with amazing results with a pressure washer on the exterior windows on my three story house. Spray let work for a few minutes and rinse. Clean and streak free.

Q: To use this product with a hose sprayer, how much do you add to the small hose sprayer tank?

You should not need more than 1 capful as 1 capful makes a gallon.

Q: Would this be safe on computer screens?

It should work as it is ammonia free. You would still need to use the cloth designed for glasses, computer and television screens. I have not used it on a computer monitor but have on the television the grandkids watch and touch.

Q: Can I use this to clean bathroom mirrors with just paper towels or will it leave a film or streaks? Does it require a squeggee?

You can use paper towels. Just make sure you follow the directions for the proper mix. I have used it to clean every thing glass in my restaurant. It is a great product.
