This kit has a pillowcase attached. It could be used as a wall hanging as well.

Yes it is too big. I usually go with one size higher so in this case a 17x17, but I found that one too big too. This pillow is for my 2 year old granddaughter so I wanted it somewhat softer. I ended up using a 16x16 insert for it and it's perfect.
