Military Award Shadow Box with Display Case for 3 x 5ft Flag - Felt in Black, Blue

I have mixed feelings about this. I will definitely give this company credit, because during the shipping process it got lost and they gladly shipped me a replacement with no hesitation. I really appreciate them for that. But as for the shadow box it’s self, I had order a black colored shadow box and I received the walnut color. After the issue of the first one getting lost I wasn’t going to make it harder and request and different shadow box so I decided to use this one. As I began to place the badges and ribbon bar for the medals the backing wouldn’t let me push the pins into it and literally bent all on the pins on the back of the ribbon bar. So advice would be you will have to Velcro all items on to it. The second thing that I was sad to come to was that the flag piece they added to the shadow box (which is very cool by the way) is too small to add an actual folded flag given to my family during my grandfather’s funeral service by the Honor Guard. Again, I have fixed feelings. I would greatly recommend this company because they will help you out and respond to you fast, but they sent me the wrong shadow bo color, the backing can’t hold pins or medals without Velcro, and the flag holder isn’t big enough for a legit flag size.

I truly like this product and my husband loved it. I purchased this to make a shadow box for him and we both loved the style of this box. I was trying to find one that didn't break the bank but still looked niced. The only problem I did have was it's hard at first to figure out how to slide the glass out. I may just have had trouble because I'm blond sometimes. Having no hooks on the back wasn't a problem that couldn't be solved for $5 at walmart! It really is a nice looking product for the price. Husband loved it!

Shadow box was very sturdy and well made. I'll definitely be using this company again for future orders. Highly recommend.

Great box, if you want to build a nice Shadow box get this. Get more velcro to attach your items with however. You can get it cheap at the dollar store or a hobby store. You cannot just punch the pins of your awards through it. Otherwise I have no complaints. Order a nice Flag from Annin, and go to work on it!!

Great Product! Well constructed and very durable. When it arrived I initially thought it was broken because the glass over the flag area was not attached to the box. However, after folding the flag and literally shoving it into place, the flag was so tight against the glass that it is just as secure as if it were glued. Will definitely use these again in the future.

This is a great product. It makes a very attractive and presentable memory for whoever buys this. 4 Stars because I think $170 is a bit rich for this product.

It’s significantly smaller in both directions (actual measurements are 22”x16”), the diagonal is completely inside of the glass, and the color isn’t even close, has none of the detail pictured. This is a way cheaper version of what’s pictured. 0/1 recommend. It’s coming back seller person. Update your specs and pictures to stop misleading buyers. Not cool.
