I bought this led clock to place on my 98 year old mother in law's small table she keeps by her recliner, so she can see the time, without having to check her cell phone, or turning her head around in an awkward position to check a larger clock. It's convenient, small enough not to take up too much space, and easy for her to read, even with her poor eyesight.

I ended up returning this because when I plugged it in, there was a buzzing noise and you could not set the hour at all. I bought the same one at Target and that one worked. The white light is super bright, if I ever need one in the future, will make sure it has red light display again. I have a large bedroom and the light is bright enough to make shadows on the wall. It does not bother me for sleeping, but it might for others who are easily disturbed by it.

My old clock died after a short time so I needed another similar one. I am very satisfied with this one but I wish the numbers were a little larger. But I do like the small size of the clock and the batteries that keep the correct time if the electric goes out. It also has a long cord to plug into electric outlet.

Just as shown in picture and description. Westclox made this one just right…not too bright yet easy to read. No annoying alarm sound, but enough to wake you up. Very easy settings with great size snooze button and battery backup if you need it.

The little clock feels sturdy and not cheap. The numbers are a bit too bright for sleeping if you like a dark room, but I just turn it away from me so it doesn't bother my sleep. The 9 minute snooze will only bother those with obsessive compulsive disorder and those liking a 5 minutes snooze.
