Q: Approximately how many times can the piston be pushed until the o-rings have to be replaced?

It really depends on lubrication and how clean you keep the chamber and piston. I have used mine well over 50 cycles before needing to change O-rings. The key is getting ignition in as few tries as possible.

Q: Where is the video about this item?

As close as I got was on the YouTube Fire Piston videos. I found it too small a fire source and very ticklish to use as it takes just about 5/32" piece oft char clot that needs tweezers to install in piston.
