Took a some practice to get use to but after getting the hang of it it’s by far the best hook puller with minimal effort and damage to the fish, works great for deep set hooks

I use this to help remove hooks from catfish and the occasional turtle. It takes some practice and there’s a learning curve but mostly works pretty well. Seems to be made of good material

Great product

After going through a few pairs of long-nose pliers for removing hooks ranging from size 4 to 2/0 from saltwater fish, I decided to look into trying this type of hook remover. I find this type to be a better alternative to the traditional long-nose that many saltwater fishermen use. It's much easier and faster to remove hooks seeing that the tool is able to grab and trap the hook without worrying about grip and helps your hands' strength and force remove the hooks with hardly any issues. The narrow size also comes in very handy for getting into certain areas that can make it hard to remove hooks from with traditional long-nose pliers.

Got to have one of these if you fish! So many better releases because of this tool!
