2 years and still going strong, I love her.
I purchased my computer 24 months ago and she is still working perfectly. I never knew that this new desk top had the tower built inside of it. Called An All In One. On top is the pull up camera. The disk holder is built into the side of the huge screen. At this moment, I am trying to talk my friend into ordering one right now.

A lot better than Windows 10
I bought this same model off the shelf at Office Depot for my wife last fall. It had a CD drive, and I was disappointed when this unit doesn't. A remote CD drive suffices, however. I dislike the fact that there are no USB ports on the front of the unit. I use flash drives regularly, and I had to run a USB extension from the back of the unit. I also hate all of the junk that is and was preloaded on the unit. I'm still trying to get rit of most of it. Frankly, I yearn for the days of Windows 7 when you could have a computer that did exactly what you wanted it to do , nothing more, nothing less. I finally gave up on this unit. It started having problems a couple of days after the return window expired. The screen would go black at random, and you had to reboot the unit to get the screen back. HP customer service was absolutely NO help. There were so many ad popups that I finally parked this thing and went back to another unit.

Great Product, I love it.
I have poor eyesight, so the large 24" monitor is great. Because I have poor eyesight I would prefer a keyboard that has more contrast. Light gray on white would be better as black on white for me. Otherwise I love it. Touch screen is great too, except I keep forgetting I have it. I like the pop-up camera to, great for Zoom and higher quality than the laptop too. This is a step up from my 15" laptop. And much faster too. The last several computers I've owned have been HP. Customer service and support have been great for me too. I thought about a Mac but didn't want to learn a new operating system. Your AIO system is just what I wanted. Thanks So Much.

Hits the sweet spot for a general purpose home computer
Note that Amazon has lumped the reviews of two different computers here. I'm writing about the 2020 24-df0170, which for me has a really good set of features and capabilities for a mid-range general purpose home computer to replace an older laptop that hasn't left the house for several years. The processor, graphics, audio, display, memory and storage are all solid performers but not super expensive. The desktop footprint is right for a desk. The added touches include DVD drive, camera and microphone, multiple USB 3.0 ports. The wired keyboard and mouse are only adequate and will probably be replaced eventually. For me, it has enough computing power for typical office and business applications and some game playing, along with decent video and audio for entertainment, at a very reasonable price.

First All-In-One Desktop
I am very pleased with this HP product. Since this is my first, I didn't know what to expect from such a lightweight desktop unit. The quick response time to power up, shut down and access my other wireless devices does not compare to my previous tower desktop/monitor/plug-in speakers. Setup was average, not too difficult for seniors of my age and experience. The screen resolution is phenomenal, and the speaker volume is exceptional. All in all, this works very well for my personal and business use.

Good daily driver for basic user
I purchased this unit for a customer to replace their aging PC, the overall quality of the outer shell feels a bit on the cheap plastic side, unit is pretty stable on the stand but I don't think I would recommend it for a kid that uses the touch screen feature, wired keyboard & mouse?? come on why not include a wireless combo? after all all in one units are to avoid wires.... setup was easy with the exception of the USB and Ethernet ports, I tried to use the existing cable but the lights on the port kept going from green to orange (everything worked perfectly on the previous PC), changed ethernet cable same deal , I did not have another cable available and the wireless router was very close so I went with a wireless connection. Similar situation with USB ports I had issues with the one close to the Ethernet port working sporadically with etier the mouse or the keyboard very weird. Overall rating is 3 out of 5 for the above issues
