Unbelievably well! I "picture tape" my wafer on 2 sides with this and it keeps everything in place until removed. I recommend using a skin barrier underneath it, otherwise it can be somewhat difficult to remove.

Q: Is this product breathable?

Yes, but does not last long once it gets wet. This product is a bit of a hit or miss depending on your body's natural oil level. Good luck.
