Works well
I got it to use for work. Keeps my neck from hurting from holding my phone on my shoulder. Various connectors included so I tried each until I found the one that worked. Good sound. Customers can hear me fine.

Great Quality at a Decent Price!
This works perfect for what I needed! Super comfortable and does an excellent job of canceling out any background office noise for both myself and the person on the other end. Very pleased with the quality for the price!

good head set for office phone
this is nice seems to work well on my office phone (Cisco) it has a on/off and volume roller in the line which is nice it came with 3 little phone line adapters marked as free gift not sure what they are for or why I would need 3 of the same when the original plug is the same as the adapters??? it seems to have good sound and they can hear me clearly so no problems with that ..on the headset the side without the speaker there is flexible plastic piece that kinda triangle shaped with ridges it gets caught in my hair when I remove the headset but maybe I can make a cover for it

exactly as expected
works great when on the phone at work..completely hands-free and sounds perfect - never any static or crackling. life saver for typing on the computer while on the phone! great price too!!

Still debating on product quality. I believe I got a used product. The headset was not in the plastic bag but the bag was laying on top when I opened the box.

Lasted less than 6 weeks
This item delivered on August 22nd. Today is October 2 and the mouth piece will not work. I can hear but cannot speak through it. I went to the company website and it has some troubleshooting issues to choose from but the mouth piece not working isn’t one of the options. I work at FedEx and it has been on my desk since I got it so not much movement of the item. It has been gently cared for but it didn’t even last for a month and a half. I can’t recommend the product because it did not last and no ease in getting any tech support on it either.

Works just as expected
I bought this for my job and it plugs into the back of the Cisco phone and allows me to work hands-free while I speak to clients. For the price, this is great. I highly recommend.

I have a Cisco IP Phone 7945 and this product does not work with it
