Instant Pot Ceramic Inner Slow Cooking Pot 6-Qt, Non-Stick Coated Interior, Rice Cooker

I've been using the ceramic inner pot for my Instant Pot, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Compared to the traditional stainless steel inner pot, the ceramic version is much more convenient to use. Food doesn't stick as easily, making it ideal for a variety of cooking methods, especially sautéing and slow cooking.One of the best features is how easy it is to clean. Even after cooking stews, rice, or sticky dishes, a quick rinse with warm water and mild detergent is usually enough to get it spotless. Unlike stainless steel, it doesn't require heavy scrubbing, and it maintains a clean, smooth surface without much effort.Overall, the ceramic inner pot has made my cooking experience with the Instant Pot even more enjoyable. It's a good line. I like the stainless steel pot but it is very difficult to clean and there are times I need a second pot when I have a dish in the fridge and want to make something else. This one is lightweight and non-stick so I like it better.I was happy with the one day delivery. I don't appreciate the drivers walking all the way across the lawn and through the landscape when there is a walkway available to them but I don't know how to solve that. I have tried to specify it in delivery instructions. The other issue I experienced is that the package smelled like cigarette smoke. I don't know what the Amazon policy is about smoking in the delivery truck but it was quite annoying.

Perfect fit/non-stick, I recommend purchasing this pot if you need to replace the old one.
