Perfect for making those daily 10,000 steps
I'm so happy with this purchase. I wanted to increase my fitness level the lazy way, but I don't feel comfortable walking alone in my neighborhood. Enter this treadmill. I originally wanted to use it at my desk while I did work, but after a couple of falls, I decided that I'm not coordinated enough to work and walk on the treadmill at once (more of a personal issue than an issue with this product). I am also short on space, and I specifically wanted a treadmill that folds. I've had this for about a week and have used it every day since (I'll make sure to update this review if there are any further changes). Since I'm not coordinated enough to multitask, I now park the treadmill in front of the TV and that literally has kept me occupied for a couple of hours at a time. The setup is relatively easy and it comes with instructions. It does say that the device needs to be "unlocked" when you first get it, which either means you walk 1 km on it or you download their app. I chose the former and it works fine. If you don't "unlock," you can't go past 2.9 km/hr on the treadmill. The treadmill also comes with a remote -- DO NOT LOSE THE REMOTE OR ELSE IT WILL NOT WORK. The remote comes with a wrist strap and you can start/stop the treadmill and change the speed -- pretty self explanatory. I still store the treadmill under my desk and while it's easy to move on flat surfaces due to the front wheels, I found it to be quite heavy taking it up the stairs in my home. The product description lists this treadmill at 55 lbs, so I guess I just don't have any upper body strength, but keep the weight in mind if you're planning on moving this device from room to room. It folds for easy storage and fits well under my desk. I have heard of people complaining of the belt shredding on similar treadmills, but the instructions do say to center the belt prior to starting the treadmill (open the treadmill and adjust the belt from side to side until it is centered). The noise isn't completely silent, but I feel that I only have to increase the volume of my TV 1-2 levels while using it, so I don't think it's that loud to me. I also only use this product for walking, so running will most likely cause more noise. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it for someone looking to increase their steps or exercise at their desk (if you're coordinated enough). 3 MONTH UPDATE: The belt slides a little more easily to the sides than when I first got the treadmill, but it's easy to readjust and I have not had any shredding along the sides. I have also noticed some small bubbles forming on the treadmill within a plastic layer underneath the belt, but I have not otherwise noticed a change in performance. Overall, I'm still happy with it and am pleased that it has kept up over the last three months.

Worked Great at First - Bad Customer Service
Worked great in the beginning, really a fantastic option for office walking. Folded up nice under my desk, easy for me to move it around (its not light, so it might be more difficult for some). After a few months though, it started making a new and annoying noise. I contacted the company, and they had me do all kinds of things. Remove this part, remove that part. All in all, it got better for a few days at one point, then came back worse than ever. It got to the point where I was requesting they replace it since I had basically butched it through their instructions. Nope, they wouldn't do it. It is not cheap, so its not like I just want to buy another one. Now, I need to close my office door to use it, which is inconvenient. It is also highly distracting, as its just a constant reminder of it having issues and the distaste of poor customer service. Do no recommend, find a different walking treadmill. Note: I do love the concept of the under desk treadmill and I was walking "4-8" miles a day (2-4 hours) before the noise started. They are worth it if you are going to stick to it.

Good walking pad for small space!
I have had this since early December. It worked great until early April. The belt started slipping to the right and started and catch and tear. I keep re centering it and it keeps slipping. I have reached out to the seller and will update my review if I receive support. Edit: received a very quick response from the seller on the belt issue and it was a quick fix wiht an adjustment. I like the pad a lot, it’s not too loud and people can’t hear me on calls. The remote is nice to control it. I like that I can fold it and keep under my desk. Would recommend!

Perfect for my small office
I have been using this for 6 months, but I don't use it every day. It is perfect for my small, narrow office. It fits folded under my credenza and is easy to unfold and use. I have had no issues with it whatsoever. The treadmill itself is not very noisy - my steps on the treadmill are probably too loud for a quiet environment, but I close the door and use it at lunchtime. The remote works well and the speed is easy to control. I don't rely too heavily on the stats readings (steps, distance, calories) so I'm not really sure if they are accurate - it's not a concern for me...I just want to get some walking time. I only used the app when setting it up - it seemed fairly standard for Chinese-made products. I don't need the app so I don't bother with it, but it does have the capability to keep a history and set up programs. Also, I bought an equipment mat to use under the treadmill, but my office has very low commercial carpet and the treadmill works fine without it and doesn't damage the carpet at all.

It’s certainly compact and folds nicely. It’s easy to use. Virtually no set up required, which is greatly appreciated. It’s not quite as easy to move as they show in the video. Overall, I think it’s pretty good value.

Overall this product works well and meets my needs. However there are a couple annoying things that could be improved. Allow changing speed units from mph to km/h. This seems really obvious, especially since the max speed is defined in km/h. The KS Fit app it connects with has the ability to change units, but just not for this product for some reason. This seems like an easy firmware update, assuming it’s possible to do that. Occasionally, the walking pad will beep at me and randomly switch from manual to automatic mode when I’m not using it. This seems odd, shouldn’t it just stay in standby mode?

This is a third party seller with no after service care from the authentic company. The remote did not work and I was fortunate to return it. These sellers should not be allowed to sell on Amazon.

The plug broke inside the machine and the warranty was still up. After a long debate, they just sent a new plug and asked me to open the machine myself and replace it. This ended up with the machine shorting my power bar and me not wanting to open the machine again. Also, don't buy the Amazon Warranty because that is also just a huge scam where they will not help you at all if the device is still under the manufacturer's warranty and won't help you after. Horrible experience
