These are very soft, stretchy and comfy for yoga. I am sure you will love them.

I’ve had mine months and have no pilling. Love them

Q: Are the pockets functional enough to hold a cellphone?

The pant is lightweight, but you can put items in the pocket. I did not try my phone, but the pockets are deep
