Hello Vichik, That's a great question. The adult formula contains two (2) billion colony forming units (CFUs) of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans. Additionally, it contains two grams of inulin, a known prebiotic sourced from chicory root and 30 mg of VItamin C. The Kids formula contains one (1) billion colony forming units (CFUs) of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans. Additionally, it contains one gram of inulin and 15 mg of VItamin C.
