Worked but has a wide range of accuracy
The temperature controller is as advertised and installed without drama. I tested it with a digital recording thermometer and, while not too atypical for this type of controller, it swung fairly wide around the setpoint, like over 30 degrees F which seemed excessive.

The thermostat was accurate and performed well. Both controllers functioned as they should and I expect them to work well for a long time.

It solved the problem
The electronic controls on my electric oven failed and the replacement part was almost as much as a used oven.So I got this and did some wiring.I miss the built in clock and cooking timer but I can use my oven again and that is the important part.My only real complaint is that it is labeled in Celsius and I prefer Fahrenheit.I keep a conversion chart on the wall by the oven now. :)
