I have used this twice daily for almost a year to rebuild the bone in my teeth with success. "The Banerji Protocols" constantly calls for cell salts in a 3x. I'm so happy this company provides 3x in America. You really only need 1 table per dose and it makes it last so much longer. My mother has been taking it for over 2 years for scoliosis from birth, arthritis in the bones, and brittle bones. If you identify with any of these diagnoses then also look at Symphytum 200c twice daily long term as well to heal the bones.
