Life Changer for my girl
I have a 13 year old female German Shepherd mix. I am in between vets right now as my last two have slowly began to show money has become a precedent over basic care. So after my own ruling different things out, I realized she had a UTI after a couple months of not just her regular dribble and constantly waking up abruptly day and night, licking herself. I came across Crananidin reading reviews on another product. When I started her on it she was just leaking urine like a faucet! By week one’s end she was already improved to her occasional dribble! I am keeping her on it forever since it is not only a medicine but support supplement! Other otc products I could not give her because they all had a lot of some sort of starch in their ingredients. Too much starch causes her to, well, pee excessively! So every one of the other products were automatically out. Crananidin has the purest most basic of all the products I looked at.As far as the taste, every morning we go through her disapproval to take it. But once she bites her first tablet she is asking for the 2nd and a half one! So the outside must not be appealing but once she bites it apart she clearly finds it quite yummy. So don’t immediately go by their initial disdain and yuck face. I try reminding her but she never remembers lol until she bites it apart again!

This works.
This works better than the cheaper version. I tried the cheap stuff and my girl’s UTI symptoms returned before the bottle was done. Went back to this and she was back to normal.

This changed our lives!
Our 2nd failed foster started tinkling inside and would hold her pee in when we'd take her out. She was also lacking herself a lot so we took her to the vet and she had a UTI. We treated that with antibiotics and things got better... for a little while. About a month later she got another UTI. After doing a LOT of research I found Cranadin. This has changed all of our lives. No more tinkling, no more UTI's. It works so well I've bought our 2nd bottle and plan to keep her on it her whole life! Knowing she's not miserable and our carpet isn't either is well worth the cost. If you are having doubts, don't. Order this now! We tried the other options on Amazon before this and none of them worked. THIS WORKS! Thank you Cranadin 😘

Prevent Urinary/bladder infections
Update 12/1/2012: My dog finally succumbed to the cancer in October, having lived long past the time the vet felt remained to him. He was almost 14. If it's of any help to anyone reading this, here's my final take on Crananidin's usefulness -If your male dog gets a bladder infection more than once, make sure the vet looks into prostate issues. Crananidin can't help a prostate infection, it can only prevent bladder infections, which are unusual in male dogs. If there is no prostate issue, the product can help keep your dog off antibiotics for bladder infections, which can be both expensive, and have other side effects. This did work for my dog for many months until his prostate got worse. It's not a supplement that I would feed my dog as part of normal maintenance (like PetTabs or Dasuquin), unless I was trying to deal with a diagnosed ailment. Most importantly, talk to your vet. While you don't need a prescription for Crananidin, don't self diagnose your dog and possibly overlook a bigger problem.-------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE 3/14/2012: My dog is still doing well, but I've found that while the Crananidin stops bacteria from adhering to the bladder walls, it does about bupkis for the prostate. So after months off the prescription, the old dog got a UTI in his prostrate, on top of the cancer, and is back on antibiotics. I still think that the Crananidin helps stave off bladder infections, but apparently you still need to stay aware that the prostate can get infected as well. Also, there is now a 75 count bottle!-------------------------------------------------------------I'm told that female dogs are more susceptible to urinary or bladder infections than male dogs. Unless the male dog has prostatitis or prostate cancer. A highly resistant bladder infection was the first sign of prostate cancer in my 12 year old dog.The bladder infection was nasty in itself, and reoccurred, making for a long pitched battle with expensive antibiotics. Once the infection was shut down, and the diagnosis of prostate cancer was made, it seemed like the bladder infection was rather minor in perspective. You can't really cure prostate cancer in dogs, my vet tells me. You treat them with cox inhibitors to slow the progression of the disease, and, if you're lucky, it goes into remission for a time. What never stops is the threat of reoccurring bladder infection. Crananidin was recommended by my vet to prevent the reoccurring bladder infections, and I give my 60lb dog one tablet a day. It's been two months on Crananidin, and he's doing pretty well, with no recurrence yet (knock on wood). Seems to be doing what it's supposed to.My only consternation is that Crananidin only comes in 21 pill bottles, and is fairly expensive at that. A larger size container, or a cheaper price (or both!) would make it a five star product.

My dog has not had a UTI since taking this.
After going through multiple miserable UTIs year after year, and costing a fortune in vet bills, we tried Crananadin as a last resort after our dog refused to eat those horrible “urinary diets”.We give her half a pill once a day with her food from Farmer’s Dog, which she loves, and she’s been free of UTIs ever since. Over two years now.
