Every detail of this bear 🐻 is perfect! The attention to the small things made this bear perfect. For example, the clever message on the box, directions on how to remove the bear carefully from the box, no wasteful packaging, the bear smelt nice, great quality, sweet face, and was ready to cuddle. Before my husband passed, I knew I would need something to get my daily average of 12 hugs. I ordered the 4 foot bear. It arrived quickly, in fact arrived the day before my husband passed. Bad news first: it does shed, but as long as you have a lint roller and don’t move it around too much you should be fine. The best news: got this for my boyfriend who is a 6’2 320 pound man. BIG DUDE with some muscle packed on and I’m telling you if it weren’t for the extra 2 inches he’d be dragging that bear on the ground. Thankfully the bear is proportionate and looks like it could be a real life human in there. It’s dense with good quality whatever is in there but not too heavy to carry it around. It’s the best gift I’ve ever spent my money on. If you wanna get sumn for kids, please get something smaller because they are gonna drag it around and track fur everywhere! Truly a wonderful gift for tall and big people 😁 (Had to fold the bear in half to fit in trunk of a Nissan Altima)

Perfect! Hey boys- if your girlfriend wants one of those giant bears...this is the one to buy. As a mom of several boys...trust me, I get it lol. Many of the bears listed on amazon seem to be competing for inches...everyone wants to get the biggest one, right? Take a little time and look closely at those other bears- many have weird faces (seriously look at the creepy mouths and eyes!) and the ‘tallness’ in the description is created by adding a little extra length to the legs. But, really, when is the last time you had a teddy bear stand on its legs- They sit on their butts!! Why tell you this? Yeah...I learned from experience when we bought one of those other brands just to have a “5foot bear”. This is actually one of those Vermont company bears...pretty sure that’s all they make- just great teddy bears. So you get solid stitching, insanely super soft and great details like their trademark eyes. This teddy is exactly what my sons gf wanted- super cute, definitely HUGE and exceptional quality. Wish I had one for my own room!!

My Son wanted to surprise his girlfriend with a nice, soft brown Bear for Valentine's Day but, he wanted a nice size bear, like a pretty big size, but, after shopping around, the BIG bears were kinda expensive, and the smaller ones didn't have good reviews...until I came across THIS one...It not only came a Day early than expected, but, This Bear Is Niiiiiice and Big...Not sure how they got it in that little box, but, I took it out and didn't have to fluff it or nothin'...It was already fluffed, soft and big...Guys ur girlfriend or wife will Luv this Bear!!! My son's girlfriend didn't see it yet, cause they went on a trip, but she is gonna b one happy camper when she sees this!💖

We have had this Teddy Bear for a year now, this is what we have found. This Teddy has soft fur and doesn’t show worn. It is not a stiff Teddy Bear. When I sit him up against the wall I have to lean him back or head will fall over. His body will stay upright with a little lean to the wall. I prefer this instead of a stiff Teddy. My 6 year old can snuggle And get him in a position like a pillow. She does use him as a pillow every night. He is a large teddy and fills up the corner of a twin bed when sitting. When laying down he is 3/4 the length of a twin bed. His eyes are button, not sewn but are deep set so will not pop off. His body from the head/shoulders to end of legs is one piece not jointed at the hip. Arms are attach at shoulder then one long piece. She sleeps with him partially sitting up and uses his leg as a pillow. He somehow gives her security at night. My 10 year old is jealous and tried to buy a smaller one with his money. It is stiff and does not bend. We are planning on ordering him one for Christmas as well.

I have Amazon boxes delivered many times per week and this is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review. My 5 year old daughter asked for a big teddy bear for Christmas and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I found cheaper bears but knowing she’d be snuggling up to it, I wanted something of higher quality that was made in the U.S.A. I couldn’t have made a better choice since she absolutely loves it! This is a very nice quality & soft teddy bear!

But I gave it four stars because it came with a big hole in the neck and Amazon did replace it. Kudos for that, but they give you a phone number to deal with Vermont teddy bear and you find out they’re not even allowed to talk to you because you bought it through Amazon. The woman said we’re not even allowed to speak to you about this. You have to go through Amazon.

Everything was great about this. it was so soft and it was without a doubt actually 4 feet tall. Nothing on it seems low quality and he was very full (didn't feel as if he needed more stuffing). It got delivered 2 days earlier than it was supposed to. Story: I gifted this to my girlfriend for our 6 month anniversary and I had combined it with a little blanket fort that had a bed and a tv in it with white lights on the outside going around the top. When she saw the fort she was really happy and when she saw this bear on inside she was speechless and even started crying a bit. Only con: as with all new stuffed bears a little bit a fur was shedding, although it wasn't much and it seemed to stop for the most part. It may seem expensive for a stuffed toy but it is and was 100% worth it!
