How easy is this to replace? i have never replaced an lcd screen myself before.

if you have the skills and proper tools it wont be really hard. but if this is your 1st time I recommend take it to the pros. Even experienced guy had hard time replacing this. I did ordered with technician included and he's struggling to replace the screen and not very professional. he scrap off the speakers mesh on the side and short circuited the touch screen digitizer. it took him 3 weeks to order and complete the job. so not recommend to install by yourself if you're don't have the skills, knowledge and tools.

How does it compare (price/quality) to the original microsoft replacement screen, if installed properly ? please buyers advice back, thanks!

If you have a technician that replaces screens such as this it is basically plugging in a new part for an old part, provided he has experience and the correct tools. Does this screen have the  N-Trig digitizer board?

Thanks for checking!  We're sorry, but the screen does not include the digitizer board.  The board from the tablet's original screen must be re-used with the new screen.

Does the pen/touch screen hardware come installed? A previous review said that they had to transplant the pen/touch pcb from their old screen.
