Obviously, since this is a waterproofing product, the material would be thick inside the can, so I was prepared for that, but I noticed that I had to keep shaking it up while I was using it because if I didn't, it would spray clear, not white. I did eventually get a first coat on the newly built wood planters along my wood walkway and it took 6 bottles to accomplish it, but I noticed that there were bald spots where the spray had separated despite the perpetual shaking while applying it to the wood. I would purchase this product again, but I would be prepared for the issues that I encountered while using it so that I could be better prepared to keep those bald spots from happening before I was finished with the last of the product.

Ordered these to re-paint my metal gutter. Prepped the old gutters and started painting. Now, I know most spray paints can run and drip if you go with too strong of a spray, I usually take it easy and do multiple coats with light, broad strokes to eventually get good cover. However, it was very hard to control the spray with these cans. No matter how controlled I tried to be, the paint would still leave runs and drips. In addition, the nozzle started to clog when I was only about 1/2 way through the can, which meant when I tried to do a controlled spray, instead of spraying, it would start dripping from the nozzle onto my hands, my ladder, and the ground. If I tried to gradually increase the spray, it would suddenly spurt in a strong stream that would overshoot the gutters onto the roof. On a positive note, in my testing, the paint does truly seem to be waterproof and performed well in that respect. Bottom line: waterproofing works, but seems that it would work better on horizontal surfaces; vertical surfaces are too suspect to runs and drips.

It’s good when the spray nozzle works, but if you stop spraying for a second, the nozzle clogs and you have to wipe it clean. It is still better than flex seal (it doesn’t turn yellow). I will continue to buy this one and deal with the small spraying issue.

We just recently bought a house there was/is 6 cracks in the concrete walls. The first year we had no problems the 1st spring here noticed 2 of them were leaking a little. So I thought I would give it a try on them. It sealed them up. The 2nd spring the first crack started leaking again, but it was from around the patch work. So I got some abrasive scrubbing pads for my angle grinder and removed the house hold paint a foot on both sides and sealed it again. Now the 3rd spring and no leaking. Redoing my basement bathroom now, it was completely unhooked. Scrubbing all the house hold paint off the wall and floor, then sealing them Gorilla Waterproofing. Afterwards I'm going to epoxy painting the shower. The sealant leaves a rubbery texture so I'm hopping the texture will come through the epoxy. We also used some clean sealant on the Temple's walls in the basement. Good thing is is wasn't a finished basement. This will be the 1st spring and so far so good.

I was sealing up a new trailer roof vent. I figured I would use this product as I have had great results with their other products. Now before I go blasting this product, the roof was real warm, I could touch it with my hands and forearms without burning. I shook the can for a long time to ensure it was mixed well. I would spray it on and it would like gas off - bubbles would form in the sealant, it was thin and would run farther then I would of like it too. I ended up doing three coats as the bubbles would pop as it dried. If I had to do this again, I would spend the extra money the regular trailer vent sealant. Did it seal up the seams yes.
