The stone is durable as I’ve used it on several knives. It still works great!! I like the rubber base so you can sharpen with confidence that the stone won’t slip on you!

Feels nice and rough to sharpen used this on my new knife worked greatly I do have one problem though it’s not as good as the slider knife sharpeners but fantastic as all still recommended for blades with the divots in the blade 10/10 would recommend though
