Soccer Supplement Pro Grade Nitrate Shot (12 Pack), 400mg of Nitrates with Vitamin C, Pre Workout Shot to Increase Endurance, Circulation and Energy

Used this a few days of doing my workouts and found the flavour was nice a little over sweet for my personal taste but still good. The downside is I noticed little to no effect from it as my endurance levels had no improvement. A convenient sized bottle for using and if it works for you then it's a good value supplement.

These do a good job of increasing blood flow and pushing you past your limits, would recommend!

Followed instructions to the letter, starting days before my game- confident my other preparation, hydration, meal intake and recovery was consistent and didn’t notice any improvement. If anything I felt more sluggish.Will try for another few games and update this review if any difference

Review from my husband:I got these as I do like a power boost shot without having to drink a whole can of Red Bull and these are in little shot form so they won't fill you up with fizzy rubbish, so it was a no-brainer. So at first, I thought tasted really nice but after about 3-4 (obviously not on the same day) the taste got too much. It's too intense, but saying that they do give you an incredible boost that lasts for a while and really makes you feel revitalised and it does actually improve endurance, so it has its ups and downs. The taste is too sickly but depending on your needs it may suit you down to the ground and all the ingredients are 100 per cent natural. 4/5

Do feel like im able to get more out of myself when using these but they taste like how plant food smells (not surprising given the nitrates) with a strong sour touch, given the vit C. Supplement items arnt there for their taste though, so do their job if you can get past it.

Mini nitrate shots, pretty much full of sugars and quick-release carbohydrates, but with the addition of nitrate to help you increase your performance at the gym or on the field (if you play football).

Very handy.To open you remove the plastic covering which may be tricky in colder weather due to numb hands.The drinks are fruity flavoured mixed berry taste and quite pleasant and sweet not chemical.As someone who works shifts and quite often can't face the cycle ride home afterwards these have been a tremendous boost for those times and they really do work. I very much doubt it's the placebo effect as I can actually feel the power in my legs especially on slopes.

This doesn't have a particularly nice flavour but it is drinkable. There is certain amount of evidence for the benefits of this supplement and they do seem like quite a legitimate company.
