Q: Did anyone else have problems with delivery or contacting the seller when there were issues?

I received 1 package set of 2 chairs, no problems. I also ordered 1 package set of 4 chairs and have not received the 4 chairs. It stated on delivery there were both delivered the same day but we only received the 2 chairs not the additional 4. We will be checking our work cameras.

The metal legs and bolts have rusted after the rain.

Q: Are these chairs exactly the same as the ones sold by poly and bark here on amazon? or are they made with the same mold at different manufacturers?

I do not know. But they are comfortable, sturdy and easy to put together
