great chair but missing parts so could not use until all parts were shipped in 2 separate orders
1st shipment chair damaged in shipment, and ordered replacement chair. Both shipments took quite a awhile so without a chair for an extended period of time. So ordering required original order followed by replacement order.After finally receiving the chair, I enjoy the chair but it took took two website visits via chatting, one phone call, and 7 emails to get the bolts required to actually assemble the chair and the instruction sheet was incomplete compared to what is now shipping with the chair. I should not have been this difficult. I am actually still waiting on how to assemble the last remaining bellow. Two bellows are provided but only one is shown on instruction sheet.
