This product is not bad, But if you're looking for a more professional brand, you can go to 𝑩𝑬𝑺𝑶𝑪𝑲/𝗖𝗢𝗠 , I bought it. The quality is indeed much better.

Q: Will this fit a size 14 in mens?

It's going to make a difference. It's not going to stretch your toes. The stretching of the plantar and calf muscles will be reduced. This leg stretcher fit men shoe size 6.0-12.0 & women shoe size 6.5-13.0 .

Q: Can this be used with shoes on, like at the gym?

I don't see why you couldn't. I just happened to use it in the hours before going to sleep, lying on my bed and watching TV while it stretched. I mentioned it earlier to someone else that I used a belt from a robe, passed it through the desired loop and tied it around my waist for a constant stretch without needing my hands to pull the band.

Q: Will it fit for women size 5 shoe?

It is adjustable. I think it’s meant to fit all sizes.
