Doesn’t Work
Bought 2nd October for party on 28th October. Opened today to find out doesn’t hold charge and therefore won’t work.

Dangerous smoke came out
Be careful of using this item with your child, we tried using it on Christmas day as she really love Mixies, but after the mist came out, there came a smell of burnt plastic which is dangerous when inhaled by children& adults. I'm sure there's some sort of defect on this product so we returned it.

I received the item hence the box is opened and a little broken, how will I give this as a gift if the box is broken?

Worst experience ever
For 300+ Aed toy I expect it to at least work, well it didn’t my daughter is 11 and she was very excited to play with it and experience the magic of the toy appearing however it didn’t we followed all the steps and waited for around 40 minutes however nothing happened and we had to open it by ourselves from down to get the plushie

Doesnt work
Cauldron was stuck, and does not produce mist. Had to dissassemble it completely as the cauldron was stuck, and still didnt work.Will Never nuy this again.

I’d not recommend this toy!!
I it didn’t work!!We tried 2 times - the second time we used the refill and it also didn’t work!!!We followed all instructions!!!Our child was very very upset as she was waiting for this gift for a week.I would not recommend this toy !!!
