They fit my XXXL head, after pulling the adjustment wires on each earpiece out about 3/4 of the way. They block out sound very well. They are comfortable to wear with my hearing aids, and they get smaller than I expected when folded up. However, they are aggravating to open and get on my head because the adjusting wires won't stay in position. That problem may go away after I get used to them.

I've used these headsets for years for shooting at the range, hunting, mowing the lawn, etc. I don't much care for electronic sets so I choose these. Walker makes a very good product.
