Q: I this a liquid equilibrium substitute

This is for live nitrifying bacteria.

Q: Is this plant safe? Does it have salts in it like Seachem Replenish?

Yes, it contains sodium and electrolytes. It is plant safe however. I have used this on all my planted tanks, including shrimp tanks.

Q: Will this raise the GH?

No. Best to use crushed coral or purchase a product specific to that. These are only trace elements not potassium chloride.

Q: It's crowded my water. This is normal or not?

If ur over crowded that means a lot more water changes then keep an eye on ur water tests hope that helps if thats what u was asking
