Q: I don't get it...do all the cards pop out at once,one at a time..all the same height ? Also are the cards magnetic strips touching and compromised ?

The cards will all come out at once but at different heights. The last card will be on the top and the first card is at the bottom ,so you can choose the one you want.Because the surface of the credit card is not completely smooth ,the cards magnetic strips will not touch.

Q: Do cards get damage or scratches when sliding out of the wallet?

I have not had that happen in daily use.
