The best support I have ever had
I have been using my Rollo printer for a few years without any problems. Labels all of a sudden would not print and nothing was working. Contacted support and Kylie called back within the hour. Within a few minutes she was able to help and get my printer roaring back to life.Huge props to Rollo Support and Kylie.

I'd give Rollo tech support 10 stars if I could
Rollo is awesome. They are the only label printer and labels I've used since 2018. Their tech support is fantastic. Yesterday, the Rollo all of a sudden was not printing labels. After reaching out to them, Francis responded to me via phone call within minutes. We did a remote connection so he could troubleshoot. Turns out the USB cable that goes from the printer to the computer went bad. Random, but thankfully an easy fix. I had a backup Rollo printer with a functioning cable so we just took that cable and plugged it in and voila. He also made sure my labels were printing properly. Turns out the old - vs new - Rollo driver was printing my labels out correctly so we left the default to the old driver. Back in business, many thanks and shout out to Francis! He's the man.

Great Product
I bought this printer for selling on eBay. Ive heard great things about it. Its a bit on the spendy side but worth it if you have a lot of orders. Printing is very consistent and easy to use once set up.

Very satisfied with Rollo, and the customer service was prompt and friendly.
If you're working with 2x1 barcodes, click on the barcode to make the square box appear - this allows you to enlarge it so it's not too small. It would be helpful if the Rollo Design toolbar included additional zoom buttons, like plus and minus.

Great product. Make sure to get ROLLO labels!I wish more softwares natively supported it.Only issue is sometimes the darkness goes rogue and the process of adjusting it in MacOS is cumbersome.Thermal over inject for labeling any day!
